Riley Smith, MFT, and Rhoda Pregerson, MFT, present a fun and fascinating workshop that looks at the way our defensive patterns show up in our bodies and our way of being in the world. These patterns can keep us from being who we are authentically and thwart our attempts to connect in our relationship with ourselves and with others. If you've experienced someone in your life who has fixed ideas, or who always has to say "no" before they can say "yes", or if you find yourself treating either yourself or others like objects, this workshop is for you. Learn how to recognize these defensive character styles in yourself and others and come away from this workshop with tools that will keep these styles from running your life.
